Researcher & Runner

(February 2024 - present)

I have worked with UEFA on multiple occasions across a variety of campaigns and other projects both as a pre-production researcher and as a runner on set.

 

Facilitated through Shoot The Company's extensive list of clients, being able to work with a client of UEFA's stature has given me an invaluable insight into the football media industry and I have gained a plethora of knowledge in how a continental football campaign is brought into realisation.

 

With a mix of remote and in-person working, I have been able to be a part of each stage of the production process from being sat in pre-production meetings to shadowing editing sessions in post.

Researcher

I have conducted pre-production research in an attempt to identify potential case studies for upcoming projects as well as producing archive footage playlists for UEFA through their media bank archive. Below are some of the projects that I have done research on:

Runner

In the build-up to the 2024 UEFA Champions League final being held at Wembley Stadium, I was a runner on a shoot across the city, capturing footage of fans and legends getting involved in two separate UEFA campaigns: Get Trained Save Lives & #FOOTBALL.

 

My responsibilities as a runner involved collecting release forms from members of the public and helping transport equipment around the city across multiple location such as Trafalgar Square & London Bridge.
